Biography
I graduated from dental school in 1978, and I practiced general dentistry for four years until I started my orthodontic residency in 1983, finishing in 1985. My wife Carolyn and I have four children, three grandchildren, and a Poodle. I enjoy playing golf, skiing, motorcycle adventure touring, cooking, and wine.
